News: Usher, Common, Robin Thicke & More Unite For Inaugural CD/DVD Compilation

Grammy winning artists Usher, Common, Robin Thicke and more are featured on the new Change Is Now: Renewing America's Promise compilation CD/DVD.

The disc pays homage to President-elect Barack Obama's upcoming inauguration.

Several of the songs on the 18-track CD also feature excerpts from President-elect Barack Obama's speeches. The accompanying DVD includes eight of Obama's campaign speeches, starting with his announcement to run delivered Feb. 10, 2007 in Springfield, Illinois and ending with his election night victory speech in Chicago on Nov. 4, 2008. A variety of superstars are featured on the project.

Included on the disc are, the Tony Rich Project, Stevie Wonder, Ozomatli, Sheryl Crow, India.Arie, Melissa Etheridge, Lenny Kravitz, Maroon 5, BeBe Winans, Wilco, James Taylor, Jennifer Hudson, Lionel Ritchie and Death Cab for Cutie. The DVD includes a series of speeches, including the Aug. 28 speech from Invesco Field at Mile High. (Rocky Mountain News)
