News: DMX Sentenced To 90 Days Behind Bars

Troubled rapper DMX has been sentenced to 90 days in jail on Arizona drug and animaly cruelty charges.
X will be forced to serve his entire time behind bars despite already being in jail.
Commissioner Phemonia Miller sentenced the rapper, whose name is Earl Simmons to 90 days in jail with no credit for time he has already served. (ABC News)
The judge's decision was not based on the rapper's alias.
Maricopa County Superior Court commissioner Phemonia Miller said, "I'm not sentencing DMX today, I'm sentencing Earl Simmons. I don't know DMX. Mr. Simmons, it's time to do something different. What you have been doing is not working." (AZCentral)
In addition to 18 months of supervised probation, X will have additional requirements with his sentence.
Simmons will also have to pay fines and do 360 hours of community service. He told the judge Friday that he made mistakes and that he's willing to pay for them. (KPHO News)
