News: William Balfour Charged In Jennifer Hudson Family Murders

The prime suspect in the murders of Jennifer Hudson's family has officially been arrested while in custody in Illinois.
According to TMZ, William Balfour was arrested by Chicago police for the deaths of the Academy Award winner's mother, Darnell Donerson, brother Jason Hudson and nephew Julian King. He was transferred to CPD custody earlier today (December 1) after being served with an arrest warrant.
Details are still scarce as of now with charges from the Cook County State's Attorney's Office still pending.
As previously reported by SOHH, Balfour was recently held in custody and denied the right to leave prison after he was charged with violating his parole last month on a separate case.
His next hearing is currently scheduled for Wednesday, December 3.
