: Online Hip-Hop Award Winners Announced, Soulja Boy, Jazmine Sullivan, DJ Khaled Win Big

The winners for several categories of the Online Hip-Hop Awards have been announce. Jim Jones, Musiq Soulchild and others announce the nominees while DJ Khaled, Jazmine Sullivan and Soulja Boy take home OHHA honors.


After weeks of voting and anticipation for the "Online Hip-Hop Awards 2008" results, winners are currently being announced including Diddy, Chris Brown, Jazmine Sullivan and more.

With more than 117,000 votes counted, this year's showcase has offered excitement for both celebrities and bloggers alike as Shade 45 radio personality Angela Yee and comedian Donnell Rawlings have begun informing viewers of daily winners in specific categories.

While facing stiff competition from dee jays across the nation like Funkmaster Flex and Big Boy, Miami's DJ Khaled took home the "Air Waves DJ Award" while Mental Salvation Radio and DULA-MITE walked away with "Podcast of the Year" and "Web Star of the Year' recognition.

Taking "Digital Download of the Year" for "Crank Dat (Soulja Boy)," teen rapper Soulja Boy Tell 'Em outshined both 50 Cent and Lil' Wayne.  SincerlyCiara.com and Kendra were awarded "Stan Site of the Year" and "I'm Hip-Hop's Biggest Fan."

Known for showcasing his lighter side via the Internet, Bad Boy CEO Diddy snatched the "LMAO Award" while Chris Brown held off competition from Alicia Keys and Ne-Yo to win "R&B Artist of the Year." Jazmine Sullivan also received recognition as the "Artist To Watch For" with Dawn Richard Online grabbing "Vlog of the Year."

Other winners included Lil' Wayne's Tha Carter III winning "Album of the Year" while Danity Kane held on to "R&B Album of the Year."

Jim Jones, Soulja Boy, Musiq Soulchild and more have announced winners in several categories. Be sure to continue watching the daily announcements as categories including "Collabo of the Year," "Mixtape DJ of the Year," "Music Video of the Year" plus others are scheduled to continue through Friday, December 12.
