Incarcerated rapper DMX pleaded guilty today (December 30) to four counts of felony charges in Arizona.
According to Associated Press, the troubled rap star reached a plea deal agreement that will allow him to accept a guilty plea on one count of animal cruelty, one count of theft and one count of felony possession of marijuana and a narcotic drug.
With the new arrangement, X will return to court next month to face sentencing but will now have all additional charges dismissed.
As previously reported by SOHH, the rapper was recently transferred from Florida's Miami-Dade County Jail to Arizona's Maricopa County Jail earlier this month.
The former Ruff Ryders frontman was arrested at producer Scott Storch's residence in Palm Island after a warrant was issued. X originally missed an Arizona court appearance. He is currently due back in court for a sentencing hearing on January 30, 2009.
