Jay-Z and Beyonce

With a slew of big releases coming in the fourth quarter including albums from Jay-Z, Kanye West, Ludacris and 50 Cent, SOHH spoke to some of hip-hop's biggest names to find out what they're looking forward to.

"Fourth quarter is always when the big boys come out, when the Jay-Zs and the Nas' drop, when 50 and Kanye drop," said Terrance J, host of BET's video countdown show "106 & Park."

Personally, Terrance is looking forward to hearing Kanye's new album, 808's and Heartbreak which is due to hit stores on November 25th and the heavily hyped third disc in Jay-Z's Blueprint series.  "Hopefully that Jay-Z Blueprint 3.  I been hearing some records off of that.  Hopefully that'll come out."

Terrance isn't the only one who is looking forward to hearing more cuts from The Blueprint 3.  Young Money recording artist, Tyga is also interested in seeing what Jay will bring beyond the first single, "Jockin' Jay-Z."

"I am looking forward to Jay because Jay just gon' switch it up," Tyga told SOHH.  "Jay probably not even gon' rap in English.  Jay, man, he's so creative I want to see what he's on now."

Songwriter turned singer Sean Garrett is more interested in what Jay's wife Beyonce will bring to the table this quarter, mainly because he worked on the project. "You know I been working on Beyonce's new album so I know B gon come out and kick over the door!  I'm excited about that. I got some really hot joints on that album."

Ludacris also expressed excitement for his own work. When asked what albums he was looking forward to, the ATL rapper cited his own, "Theater of the Mind baby!  It is a fourth quarter release."

Luda's album is scheduled to be released on November 25th. We may also see releases from Busta Rhymes, Dr. Dre, Eminem and Andre 3000 before the year's end. Regardless of the final release schedule, fourth quarter is sure to be thrilling.

"It's a real exciting time for '106 & Park' to be able to use our platform," said Terrance J.  "Fourth quarter is a real exciting time."

Luda is too commercial for me. The last album I liked from him was Chicken N Beer. I'm only looking forward for Kanye, 50 and Jay-Z's album.

Luda is too commercial but Kanye, 50 and Jay-Z arent? Luda always comes with something hot. Every album he has is fresh. Get ya mind correct

i'm lookin forward to basically all albums mentioned...cept maybe fif...but im still interested to see what he drops, although i dont see how he's "reinventing the wheel" with his new street single.....luda's albums are all good except his last....it was trash....im hopin he can redeem himself on this one...same with shady

To Chris: Kanye, 50 and Jay-Z are commercial too but Luda ain't as wild like he use too. Not every album he has is fresh n that goes for Kanye, 50 and Jay-Z. All I'm saying is he is like Busta Rhymes now where he would drop a hood bager once in a blue moon n make songs like "Runaway" often.

Damn thats alot of heat, the game needs it right now!!

I don't know if I would go so far saying that Luda is commercial, but I know that Kanye aint. I got all three albums and he too diverse to be considered commercial. He don't even be going for bangers, but it work for him cus he a great artist. he rap about everyside of the story like Pac. from "Jesus Walks" to "Drunk and Hot Girls" . and he aint afraid to rap about admiring Jay-Z("Big Brother"). but big ups to my otha favorite rapper, T.I. ,he redeemed himself with this one. Da last one, was not up to TIP standards, but this one go hard. and he sold more than he eva did.

It's Gonna Really Exciting to See What Jay-Z Brings 2 The Table as Well As Eminem, Dre, and Nas
I'm Truly Looking Forward To It

Peace n Blessings
